weight watchers

Last monday i started weightwatchers.
started at
187 lbs yuck
i get 26 points

i didnt do as good as i thought thought because i gained 1/2 pound this first week.
i went yesterday for this sad news
i am in even highter gear this week. i even got up and the kids and i took a walk this mornign it was cold but i was proud we went and i enjoyed the time with my kids.
next week i will update again. i will only update this once a week. its all i can handle
